Limitation of Irons Works LLC’s Liability:

BUYER agrees that Irons Works LLC’s liability and BUYER’S sole remedy, whether in contract, under any warranty, in tort (including negligence), in strict liability or otherwise shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the BUYER and under no circumstances shall Irons Works LLC be liable for any special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of equipment, lost income, profits or revenue, costs of renting replacements, etc.  

BUYER also agrees that Irons Works LLC shall not be liable for any damage, losses or expenses that occur in whole or in part as a result of BUYER’S negligence or BUYER’S contributory negligence. BUYER agrees that such negligence can be active or passive negligence.  

BUYER agrees that the purchase price of the suspension is adequate consideration for this limitation of liability.

Irons Works LLC products should only be installed by a qualified, licensed auto mechanic experienced in the installation of such products. Must be welded in place by a skilled welder, using proper welding techniques.

The right to make changes in design or add to or improve on their product without incurring any obligation to install the same on products previously manufactured is expressly reserved. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to the Buyer’s installation or use of products purchased from Irons Works LLC.

The buyer understands and recognizes that racing parts, performance products, and ALL parts and services sold by Irons Works LLC are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. Irons Works LLC shall bear no liability for any loss, damage or injury, either to a person or to property, resulting from the direct or indirect use of any Irons Works LLC products or products and/or services that Irons Works LLC offers, or inability by the buyer to determine proper use or application of Irons Works LLC products. Irons Works LLC shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever to buyer arising out of or connected with the use of any Irons Works LLC products.  

Motor sports are dangerous, as such, no warranty or representation is made as to any products, ability to protect the user from injury or death, the user assumes that risk and all other risks associated with the end use of any product of/from Irons Works LLC.
